- Choreographed routines for competitions, weddings, anniversaries, cotillions, music videos, and theatre.

- Performed with TCDSB Stage Arts, City Dance Corps, Ifreestyle, United Salseros, Steps Dance, Dance to Live, Soul2Sole, Joy of Dance, LGBT Dance, and Rainbow Ballroom.

- Certified by Joy of Dance Centre, American / International Style, with Honours.

Irina

Ekaterina has been passionate about dance since early childhood. While being enrolled in the art schools since age 5, dancing remained in the background, yet still was number one in her heart.

While Ekaterina has not received any formal education in dance until in her 30s., she was always interested in body culture. participated in different stage performances of Go Go and Contemporary freestyling, dancing from the heart, trying herself in different disciplines: Powerlifting, Poledance, Circus Aerial Silks and stretching. All this eventually brought her to a decision that its time to fulfill this passion and receive some dance training.

In 2015 she started with exploring Ballet and Ballroom dances, competed in International Ballroom in ProAm category and took a First place awards for Closed Bronze and Silver scholarships. About same time Ekaterina discovered her love for Tango and stays there ever since.

Emanuel had a passion for dancing since he remembers himself. Never had any formal dance training until later on in life, yet was in constant seek of opportunities to dance at the clubs and different stages. For one year was appearing in a weekly Saturday night TV dance show Electric Circus.

Working in a digital world, later in his 30th
he found his creative outlet and fulfillment in dancing Salsa and other Latin dances that became his world for about 10 years. In 2015, he discovered Argentine Tango, and it took his heart forever.

While teaching a Beginner level Tango, he keeps learning, exploring the border-less world of tango.
He strives to be a dancer of the highest quality and bring their passion for dance to the world.

Nadine’s dance background started at a very young age, but her love for ballroom is a recent transition. Nadine has been dancing at D2R for over 7 years now.

She started as a student but with her easy-going personality and excellent coaching skills, she quickly transitioned to teaching.

Combined with her education in health promotion and fitness coaching, Nadine is becoming an amazing instructor for students of all ages here at D2R.

Michelle

Born and raised in California, Michelle taught American & International Ballroom, Salsa, Argentine Tango, Hustle & West Coast Swing for over 20 years.

Previously, she danced for NBA’s Golden State Warriors and a hip hop dancer for a professional football team in London, England.

Now, she’s a highly rated group and private lesson instructor, a wedding dance specialist and choreographed 17 formation dance teams. She danced the Tango in the movie "Rent", choreographed & danced on runways for fashion shows and taught Swing at Apple Computer’s headquarters.

Michelle is excited to bring her experience to her new home in Toronto!
